Patient Collections

  • Patient collections are processed through EPIC and posted to the FCPA GL monthly
  • Collections and deposits policies and procedure (link to PDF)

Contractual and Other Revenue

  • Non-patient clinical revenue is received either by check or electronic bank deposit
  • Please bring checks with deposit forms to Financial Services Office, 4th floor of the 1329 Building or interdepartmental mail attention to Amanda Lowe
