Comprised of outstanding professionals dedicated to providing quality customer service and effective HR solutions, COM-HR is committed to helping fulfill the COM mission and vision by supporting our faculty, staff, housestaff, and students. Our focus is to build collaborative and inclusive partnerships with all members of the university community. The UF College of Medicine continues to have one of the premier medical education programs in the country. Provides strategic and transformational leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of quality based, integrated programs and services translating the goals and initiatives of the College of Medicine into operational plans and systems. Serves a member of the leadership team providing counsel and guidance to the Dean, Chairs, and other personnel within the college, as well as, the key liaison to university and external partners.
